Lets begin.

Remember to save often!

Go to Selections/Modify/Contract: 4. Open your first paper of choice. Open your foreground material palette. Click on the pattern tab and locate the paper. Select your flood fill tool and flood fill this selection. Selections/Select None.

Open your foreground material palette and locate your paper.  Select your flood fill tool and flood fill this selection.

Repeat this step for the small half circle (change papers or keep the same).

Activate the top circle layer. Select your magic wand and click on the grey portion. Go to Selections/Modify/Expand: 1.  Open another paper. Again, change your foreground to this paper. Select your flood fill tool and flood fill this selection.

Selections/Select None.

Again, select your magic wand and click on the small black circle on the top circle layer. Go to Effects/Plugins/Alien Skin/Impact/Glass:

Over on your layer palette, activate your divided circle layer. Select your magic wand and click in the first portion.  Change your foreground colour to one that compliments your papers. Select your flood fill tool and flood fill this selection.

Repeat this step for the 3 remaining portions of the divided circle layer, each time changing your foreground colour to one from your papers.

On ALL layers except the divided circle layer, go to Effects/3d Effects/Drop Shadow/Vertical & Horizontal: 3, Opacity: 60, Blur: 10.

Over on your layer palette, activate your bottom white layer.

Open your flower embellishment, right click/Copy. Return to your working canvas, right click/paste as a new layer. Add the same drop shadow as the other layers.

Go to Effects/Plugins/Mura Meister/Copies and apply the following:

Again, activate your white background layer. Add a new raster layer. Change your foreground colour to one that compliments your papers. Select your flood fill tool and flood fill this layer. Go to Layers/Load/Save Mask/Load Mask From Disk:

Over on your layer palette, right click/delete the mask layer. A pop up box will appear, hit YES. Right click/Merge Group.

Go to Effects/Texture Effects/Weave and apply the following settings (change the colours to match your tag):

Over on your layer palette, activate your top layer. Change your foreground colour to one that will stand out. Background NULL. Select your preset shape set to Ellipse, Create as Vector: checked. Line width: 2

Holding down your shift key, draw out a circle. Go to Objects/Align/Centre in canvas. Over on your layer palette, DUPLICATE this layer 3 times so you have a total of 4 vector layers. Activate the original vector.

We want words that will fit/match each portion of your divided circle, however it will be sitting on top of your Large Border layer (please refer to above or below sample for guidance).

Select your font tool. Change your background colour to one that compliments your tag. Place your cursor on the edge of the vector circle on the left of your tag. The letter A will appear. Start typing the word you want there. Once happy, over on your layer palette, click the + sign next to the active vector. Click on the eye to HIDE the vector circle. Right click/Convert to Raster.

Repeat this for the 3 remaining words, remembering to activate the next vector layer and that the word needs to fit/match each portion of your divided circle.

Add a smaller drop shadow to these words. Vertical/Horizontal: 1. Opacity: 69, Blur: 2.

Change your font (or keep the same if you wish). Write, "Hot O Meter" at the bottom of your meter.

Go to Effects/Plugins/Alien Skin/Impact/Gradient Glow:

Add your tube. Add the first drop shadow we used.
