For this tutorial you will need:
Supplies:
HERE (includes circle's
and block template)
Scrap papers of your choice
Embellishment/s of your choice (flower's are all I used)
Image of your choice
Font of your choice (I used 2Peas crumbly Gingersnap)

Lets begin.
Remember to save often.
1. Open a 750 x 600 transparent canvas. Change your
foreground colour to white. Select your flood fill tool
and flood fill this canvas white.
2. Open the block template provided in the supplies of
this tutorial. Right click/copy. Return to your working
canvas, right click/paste as a new layer.
3. Select your magic wand tool and click on the centre of
the largest square. Selections/Modify/Expand: 2.
Selections/Invert.
4. Open the image of your choice (resize if necessary).
Right click/copy. Return to your working canvas. Right
click/paste as a new layer. Over on your layer palette,
drop this BELOW your block template layer. Select your
mover tool and position what you want to appear within
this large square. Hit DELETE on your keyboard to get rid
of the excess. Selections/Select None.
5. Open your papers of choice. Resize if necessary. Select
your magic wand. One at a time, click inside a small
square of the block template. Go to
Selections/Modify/Expand: 2. Selections/Invert. Copy one
of your papers (right click/copy). Return to your
working canvas, right click/paste as a new layer. Over on
your layer palette, drop this BELOW your block template.
Hit DELETE on your keyboard to get rid of the excess.
6. Repeat step 5 until you have filled all 12 small
squares of the block template.
7. Over on your layer palette, HIDE your white background,
block template layer, and image layer. Merge/Merge All
Visible. UNHIDE all layers.
8. On your merged small squares, go to Effects/Edge
Effects/Enhance.
9. Activate your block template layer. Go to
Selections/Select All. Selections/Float.
Selections/Modify/Expand: 1.
10. Open your foreground material palette. Select the
pattern tab and locate one of your papers that you want
for the template layer. Select your flood fill tool and
flood fill the selection. Selections/Select None.
11. Still on the block template layer, add a drop shadow
by going to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow:
Vertical: 2
Horizontal: 2
Opacity: 69
Blur: 7
Colour: Black
12. Open the circles provided in the supplies of this
tutorial. You may colourize these to match your tag by
going to Adjust/Hue and Saturation/Colorize. Adjust the
hue and saturation until happy. Alternatively, you may
want to flood fill the inner portion of the circles to be
one of your papers. if so, on each circle layer (bottom
right and top left), go to Selections/Select all.
Selections/Float. Selections/Modify/Contract: 3. Make sure
the paper has been select for your foreground material
palette, select your flood fill tool and flood fill the
inner portion of the circles. Selections/Select None.
13. Right click/copy one of your circle layers. Return to
your working canvas, right click/paste as a new layer.
Select your mover tool and position on the tag. Please
refer to sample for guidance.
14. Add the same drop shadow we used earlier.
15. Repeat steps 13-14 for the remaining circle layer.
16. Add any other embellishments you think would make the
tag your own. I used flowers, resizing each one and
arching/curving
them around.
17. Add your font.
18. Add your © copyright information, license number if
applicable and watermark.
19. Resize if necessary.
We're done.
