For this tutorial you will need:

Supplies: HERE (celtic shamrock)
Filter: Mura Meister/Copies HERE
Tube of your choice
Font/s of your choice (I used Angelica size 25 & AuntBertha 100)

I am so so excited to finally have the pleasure of using the artwork of © Jennifer Janesko . To use her artwork you must purchase a license through CILM

Lets begin.

Remember to save often!

Open a 700 x 700 transparent canvas (I know its large, we will resize later). Change your foreground to white. Select your flood fill tool and flood fill this canvas white.

Open the celtic shamrock supplied with this tutorial. We want to export this to your brushes. Go to File/Export/Custom Brush. A pop up box will appear. Give it a name and click "ok".

Over on your layer palette, add a new raster layer.

Change your foreground colour to a green tone (I used #189250). Select your brush tool and find your celtic shamrock. Click your brush in the centre of your canvas.

Go to Effects/Plugins/Mura Meister/Copies and apply the following settings:

Duplicate this circle of celtic shamrocks. On the ORIGINAL go to Image/Resize: 115. Over on your layer palette, lower the opacity to 40.

Go to Image/Rotate/Free Rotate/Left/Free: 25 degrees.

To both your original celtic shamrock layer and your duplicate layer, add a drop shadow of Vertical/Horizontal: 2, Opacity: 70, Blur: 2.

Open you tube of choice. Right click/Copy. Return to your working canvas. Right click/paste as a new layer. Using your mover tool, position your tube where you think it would look best.

Over on your layer palette, duplicate your tube layer. On your ORIGINAL tube layer, go to Image/Mirror.

Still with the ORIGINAL/mirrored layer active, go to Selections/Select All.  Selections/Float. Selections/Modify/Expand: 1. Change your foreground colour to black. Select your flood fill tool and flood fill the selected area black.  Selections/Select None.

Open a new transparent canvas. Change your background to the same green used before (I used #189250). Type in an Irish blessing (I Googled). Right click/Copy your blessing.

Return to your working canvas. Add a new raster layer (this should be sitting between your original and duplicate tube layer). Right click/Paste as new selection. Position this Irish blessing so the majority is sitting on your black original tube layer.

Activate your black/original tube layer. Go to Selections/Select all. Selections/Float. Selections/Invert.  Activate your Irish blessing layer and hit "delete" on your keyboard to get rid of the excess.

Activate both tube layers and add a large/blurry drop shadow of your choice.

Change your background colour to black, foreground colour green (#189250). Select your preset shape set to rectangle, Create as vector: checked. Line style: solid. Width: 9.

Draw out a rectangle at the bottom of your tag. Once your happy, over to your layer palette, right click/convert to raster. Add a large/blurry drop shadow of your choice.

Change your background colour to green once again. Using a fat font of your choice (I used AuntBertha) type your name.

Go to Effects/Texture Effects/Blinds and apply the following settings:

Ok, it IS big, go to Image/Resize/85%. Make sure All Layers is Checked and Resample Using: Smart Size selected. Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen.
